Procedural Commands

Procedural commands define executable program units. There are three procedural levels:

 

Command                    Procedural Level

 

Trial                    Trial which consists of atomic events

Block                    Set of trials which are executed as one block

SESSION                    Structure of the entire session

 

For the definition of trials and sessions special groups of executable commands exist which are explained in separate chapters (see chapter trial commands and session commands). The present chapter explains only the general syntax of these commands. The block definition, however, is fully explained here.
