Identifiers

You must supply names to each data object. Each name must be unique but each data type has its own name space. This means a Picture and a Position may have the same name without causing conflict. Names are not case-sensitive.

Names for response keys are predefined (see appendix). A leading caret '^' converts a key name into the corresponding release action. A hyphen '-' stands for any key of the standard keyboard.

For other data types, a hyphen ('-') means empty element, e.g.: No picture, no sequence. If a hyphen is used instead of a name of a position definition, pictures will be loaded relative to the current screen location.
