LoadMode

The loading mode determines on which position index the picture is loaded

0 The picture will be loaded on the position index as defined in PosNo

1 PosNo is ignored and the picture will be loaded on a random position index

2 PosNo is ignored and the picture will be loaded on a random position index location which has no picture loaded

3 PosNo is ignored and the picture will be loaded on a random position index location which has none or different pictures loaded
